Title: Immediate help
Post by: CharlieKasper on March 09, 2013, 07:26:32 am: I have this borrowed computer. The DVD/CD (internal) Drive opens and all. I inserted the DVD but there is no drive in my computer (the (LETTER): CD/DVD Drive), so I can't install anything. How can I create a drive and make it work?

Post by: Matt Murdock on March 09, 2013, 08:35:04 am: Try uninstalling DVD drive drivers in computer management, and restart, upon restart the drivers install themselves, which fixes the problem in most cases.

Right click on my computer > Properties > Device Manager

I opened the case and then the case was solved. The wire joining the motherboard and writer was loose. >.>
