Hmm, not sure if this is the right forum to ask this. But quite sure this is the right community as we have quite experienced admins and leaders.
So, my question is who to report to if you're being harassed/bullied on the internet? or if someone is stealing your pictures and modifying them to give you bad image?
There's every detail on the person, but which authorities shall it be reported to? Cause quite sure normal cops won't listen over here. :3

Hi there,
Is this within Argonath or in real life? Also, is this international or within the borders of a specific country?
Cheers,
Marcel

Hello,
Thanks for quick reply, Its same city actually, some guy is stealing private pictures off of my facebook, I totally have no idea how and modifying them.
Disabling fb is not an option for me as I have lots of contacts, I have privacy set to friends only so not sure how he's getting those pics.
I wish to do more than just reporting them to fb, as it'll only end up in their removal but the person and the image hosting site he uploaded them on will still have them.

You can file a police report for harrassment with your local police department. Apart from that, reporting the Profile/Pictures via Facebook would be your best option.

Quite sure my local police department will only laugh at me :/
Is there no way to find which department deals with cyber crime etc in my region?

I have no idea what your region is, however if you would like me to check for you, you could PM me.

They won't laugh at you. If they do, go to the feds... You can file a internet crime report to the FBI at http://www.ic3.gov (http://www.ic3.gov)

look online for the Online protection part of your Local police force and find out how to get in touch with them, if you were in the Uk i'd direct you to CEOP but i am sure your country has a equivalent

you could not take it seriously and move on
seeing how you don't want to go to the police, there aren't many other choices
