Assuming you have Win7,

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, then click 'Installed on' which will list from top to bottom recently installed programs. Remove any that look suspicious.

Then just go to start, type "add", scroll down to settings and click add and remove....

Ps: Try to just install adblock and try again, much higher chance that this is just another nasty ad..

No start in windows 8..

Just click search in charm bar and search for control panel.

or press windows key + X and open Control panel from there and you can remove programs then :D

America's States of the United's official language, and widely used, is English.

Also when most non-English learn/speak English, it's American..
