Title: Photoshop help

Can those experts in Photoshop teach me how to do animations and cool stuff, like this (Its Omri's sig):

All those experts in photoshop can tell me how to do cool stuff like that and how to do all cool animations? If someone could send me a tutorial, I would appreciate it :)

And how to do that seen in sig? Paste tthat SA Character in other different pic?

BTW, I have Adobe Photoshop CS (Not CS3 Extended, Just CS) + Adobe ImageReady CS (Yea, Its a very cool package, 2 in 1)

And how to do cool Animated GIFs, Like Claire's sig about LOTR, If someone could send me a tutorial, I would appreciate it :D
