That is because your phone is good enough to handle it normally, so it automatically switches to the desktop version to give you the full experience.

If you mean the SA:MP Panel, that is something you'll have to talk to Gimli about. I doubt one will be made, however, since the Panel currently utilizes features not found on most modern-day smartphone web browsers.

Make a good forum and panel cellphone version, or maybe a Argonath app for phones (iOS and Android).

Ah. The forum already supports WAP2 by default, though. As for the SA:MP Panel, I don't think he has control over that one.

The app is a nice idea tho. Unfortunately, it might have to be made for SMF itself in order to work properly. Someone could do it, but it would be a pretty large project.
