Title: For Imarkz: Flashing buildings/tree's and such and lock on gta3.img.

You can see a lock on the gta3.img file which keeps me from installing a clean version of gta3.img.
Somehow this messes everything up and changes all the clean files to how gta3.img used to be.

File permissions bud...

• Right click on the "gta3" file and select Properties
• Select Security, then select "Users" which is in the top box and click on Advanced near the bottom
• A window saying "Advanced Security Settings for gta3" will appear, now under the Permissions tab select "Users" and click "Change Permissions..."
• Another screen will appear, select "Users" again and click "Edit"
• Now select "Allow" under the "Full Control" line and click Ok to all of the pages, remember to select Apply on the last screen named "gta3 Properties"

Then you're sorted.  ;)
