Title: Does anyone reconize this verhicle mod?

Can someone identify the mod used on the Police car in the picture?
Its the regular model but with 2 lights in the front.

It shouldn't, but as always make sure it doesn't affect your gameplay (giving advantage over others) as with other mods.
