You may unistall SA:MP and install it back,it may fix it,if it works tell me.

Ofcourse that will work Kelvin...., but he does not wants to do that or he wouldve done it
Qsens, try re-installing SA:MP :)
Just dont forget to keep the important server IPS, and if you have alot of important IP's you wanna keep, try re-writing a instalation over the one you have now.

Qsens, the fastest way is to re-install SA:MP, 2 minutes of work..
If it still does not work: delete gtasa.set file from your GTA San Andreas user files in my documents.

I had the same problem. I did that, PC started task manager or something and suddenly I saw somethinglike, are you ssure you wish to terminate or something so I was smashing the buttons and I hit enter.
PC suddenly restarted and went into some blue screen and showed a bar. The title said formatting hard drive. I quickly restarted my PC and then it says Hard Drive corrupt and tells me some instructions and causes. It says it was because of interrupting the formatting.
I opened the PC and took the HD out. Then I put it back in but that didn't work. I did it again, and I accidentally plugged it into the wrong port. So first I saw the simple bios saying no HD detected then I smelled smoke and saw my motherboard was on fire. I quickly took the bottle of water near me and emptied it on it. But instead of the fire extinguishing I saw electricity sparks and the whole PC was on fire now. I quickly ran out and turned the electricity main switch off. Then it stopped the electricity and I threw water to extinguish the flames.
Here's a picture of my PC:

Im using my phone to post this. You owe me $500-700 for a new PC. I'm waiting for your forum PM now.
