Title: Xbox 360 wireless controller
Post by: Matt Murdock on May 05, 2013, 12:08:07 pm
Hi guys, I got one of these last year November
(http://cdn3.pcadvisor.co.uk/cmsdata/features/3405790/microsoft_xbox_360_wireless_controller_for_windows_receiver.jpg)

And a couple of months ago, I think two months ago I had to reset my laptop, and the wireless adapter stopped working ever since.  :(

I can get it to work in the USB 3.0 ports with some adjustments but no matter what I do it just won't work in the USB 2.0 ports. The light of the receiver just won't turn on in 2.0 ports. I have original bill and it also says it has a 1 year warranty. but I have no idea where I should take it, are there any service centers? or I should take it to the seller? Is there a way to fix this?

Take it back to the store you purchased it from, they should be able to give you a replacement or something.

This, trying to repair that would end up in you losing a warranty or losing the right to trade it. As they would blame you for the damage.
