If it's a signature - yes.
If it's a whole topic - you pay for the whole topic. It depends on how detailed you want it.

I'm needing a full highly detailed topic about my Dillimore Ammunation. The topic needs to include, a full weapons list with pricing, location, images of the building, the entrance fee, and a mission statement about the quality of our weapons and transactions. Pricing shouldn't be too big of an issue, but I'm requesting a price range that you would request upon completion. Please let me know..
