More Info: Im basically trying to give back to community and save the businesses from the clans that are already rolling in money and are only buying stuff for bragging rights.
I bought the taxi. You can only use it if you're comitted to the ACU, and all the money you make will be given back to the community (ex. if you buy a store all the ACU gets to use it)
Same rules for all things ACU buys, it is free to be used by citizens (who arent in clans).
Next thing on my list to buy for the community: Tarbrush Cafe
I will also donate as much money as you want if you are 1. In ACU, and 2. If it benifits community
