Hello, long time ago  ,i had this problem ,and when i try to joinn it says me something c++ runtime library, someone say me create new account at microsoft, and join it, after that join the game and 100 precent it will work ,but for me not. also someone says me Remove all .NET Framework also and all c++ versions ,then install it again , but that don't works for me ,someone says me change folder name to SanAndreas 3 , then restart pc, and it will work, that don't works for me, do you got your idea how can i fix this damn problem ?
can anyone show me how to fix this problem ?

You should printscreen the error as I don't understand what you mean.

Are you running any game mods? If so I would suggest uninstalling GTA SA and SAMP, delete the GTA San Andreas Folder to be sure there are no mods left behind and reinstall GTA SA and SA:MP.

Also try and start Single Player to see if that opens.
