Title: Any help with buying a new PC?

I am looking into buying a new PC. It has to be able to run SWTOR at least on medium settings. I am just wanting the desktop itself. With the following information, it would be REALLY helpful if someone could suggest PC's.

Country: USA
Budget: $100-400
Preferred sites: Bestbuy or Ebay
Preferred brands: CyberPower PC, or HP
Wanted MINIMUM RAM: 3GB
Wanted MINIMUM HDD space: 500GB
Preferred Video Card Brands: Radeon OR Nvidia
Wanted Minimum CPU speed: 3GHz

Preferred brands - Irrelevant, you'd be better off in fact building it yourself (cheaper, longer warranty, more performance for the money and quality components).
Wanted minimum CPU speed - Irrelevant, as the CPU speed does not equal performance.

With that budget, I'd go for used parts as you can get components for cheaper that are still under manufacturer's warranty (that's longer than any retailer's). Also, with a tight budget you need to focus on the graphics card rather than your processor, as no games use more than two cores and even the heaviest games struggle to utilize your CPU up to 100%. Get the cheapest 4GB DDR3 RAM, a cheap Z68 -chipset motherboard, Intel i3 -processor and an AMD HD-series graphics card (5770, 6850, 6870 should be within the budget and still deliver superior performance for that budget, especially second-hand).
