Hi guys i well 1st cant find good ENB like Ernst. and i im confused where to put thoose ENB files can you help me ?

Well ENB is a mod with which your game looks sexy as fuck :D and there are enb settings which vary. They all use the same mod but different settings. Ernst actully made his own settings and he is selling it.
First try some basic settings from google. The settings is just a notepad file with various parameters. Its actually a .ini editable in notepad. You just copy paste this .ini file to change settings.

OH so all ENG are same just diffrent settings ?

Yes. All ENBs are just diff settings. Same mod. So you have to search for some good settings now :)
