Title: Can't connect to the server?Says, you are banned from the server?

 I make this topic because SA:MP General has been torn from NEW topics like,I can't login it says 'you are banned from this server', server doesn't respone etc. To avoid the flood of these new topics i made this,a new topic that i hope that will be the last that will be made for such.

You're banned from this server:
This can be a bug from the restart,or just a SA:MP Bug. Before you panic,go to Gimli's tool (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=84335.0), put your name at the empty box and press the button says 'Check'. If you are account is banned go to Unban Section (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?board=113.0) and follow the steps from the sticky. If you aren't banned,then restart your modem. Try to log in. If you have restarted your modem changing IP,more than 3 times, then contact a manager he will solve is. About the restarts,this usually is over when you relog.

Server isn't responding:
Don't worry,first of all, don't panic! Go to Downtime Reports (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?board=56.0) and see if anyone has posted a downtime. If yes,be pantient. If there isn't a topic go to Argonath Server Status (http://status.argonathrpg.com) and see if the server is up. Otherwise,it must be only RPG matter server or your internet.

Also, please wait at least 10-15 minutes before posting a topic about downtime. Server might be just occurring a temporary issue, such as restart, in which case downtime topic would be totally unnecessary.

That's why i put the status.argonathrpg.com to don't post unnecessary topics.
