Do you have previous experience in installing mods?
If not follow these steps
1. Open Alci's IMG editor
2. At the right top corner, click on "File"
3. Go to GTA SA "mod" folder and open gta3.img
4. Go to green arrow named "Import"
5. Go to the folder where you extracted mod
6. Select all files you want to install
Then close it and save it, that's all ;)

Try changing
Rockstar games > Gta San andreas < to Gta San andreas2
and add the mods again.

You have to rebuild the archive aswell, otherwise you may occur problems ingame with certain mods.
-
use IMG tool, its the best, no need of rebuilding anything

Rebuilding is necessary at all times, does not matter which program you use. Otherwise you will get problems with the mods.

IMG tool doesnt work on Windows 7
So you have to RIGHT click on IMG tool then PROPERTIES then Compability then CLICK the first BOX and ADD Windows XP Serice Pack 3, dont forget to APPLY and OK.
After you do this INSTALL AGAIN the mod.

I have to run Alci's in administrator mode (right-click) for it to work correctly.
Wth, it was already solved. Fuck me, thats what happens when you read with your a**, have a nice day!
