1) Uninstall the game.
2) Uninstal SAMP
3) Delete GTA San Andreas folder from your installation directory .../Rockstar Games/Gta San Andreas
4) Make a new folder on your desktop
5) Install a new GTA San Andreas there
6) Install SAMP
7) Enjoy :)

Saying the game doesn't work isn't giving any specifics, there could be multiple problems such as it can't connect, the game crashes on loading, the game doesn't open at all and so on.

nope

If single player mode does not start, the issue is related to your game files.
Try uninstalling it and re-install.

My Documents > GTA San Andreas User Files > delete gta_sa.set
This actually worked, thank you :D
If single player mode does not start, the issue is related to your game files.
Try uninstalling it and re-install.

I don't like reinmods working together
