Title: SAMP crashes on startup.

My SAMP crashes on startup every time, it started happening after my pc crashed.
I reinstaller SAMP but it doesn't change a thing, I also took the files from last week when it worked perfectly and pasted them into my gta sa directory
I get the following error:

Remove any new mods u recently installed

Start gta:samp lwt it crash and then ctrl alt delete and task manaher and ghen you forxe stop gtasa and try again

Restored my pc to a backup which fixed it
