Title: Sound bug

I don't know where to post this topic so i will post it here.
I'm using Stereo sound system with two speakers.
I don't here like you guys, voices of characters IG, just effects,music etc. But no character voices except when i jump or die, you know, that effects. So i need help, I have not noticed it until now.

What OS (Operating system are you using?)

I recommend  Rapture 3D (from Collin Mcrea Dirt) as a standalone tool, te re-configure your Speakers!

This might sound weird but.. do you have the original GTA SA?$$$, if you don't... you might want to search on google for "GTA SA Sound Backup" and download the Full Audio file :p

I have Windows 7. I will try your advice.
Nope, i am using cracked one, some strange version like zipped as 657mb :P

I had the same issue before. Your GTA is probably missing something in the audio-folder. Do as Manoni said, google "gta sa sound backup" and replace the old files and update here.
