Deleted gta_sa.set in GTA San Andreas User Files?
Then try to delete it.

It happen at me. Listen: cracked that you have, is f**ked up. Go in google and search for another GTA SA crack. Install it, and after try to enter the game.

Rename your GTA San Andreas folder to GTA San Andreas 2
Try This
Step 1:Shut Down SA:MP
Step 2:Uninstall SA:MP
Step 3:Go to Documents>GTA San Andreas Userfiles
and delete the file gta_sa.set
Step 4: Download a Crack (if you want i can pm you a link)
Step 5: Re-Download SA:MP and Install it
Step 6:After Installing, Rename your Rockstar Games Folder to "Rockstar Games2"
Step 7:Run SA:MP and Enjoy Playing

Got my game working, thanks a lot man!
You need to manually delete your GTA folder after uninstalling. I'm guessing one of these are causing the problem, my guess would be the vorbis files.
