hey thats very good for ur 1st day i advise right cliocking the text layer and looking at blending options.

Umm Steps to make them look better

1. :)... Dont use the Glow around them... Looks Taky

yeah agreed with watti there good but its like on microsoft word word art just makes ur work look so unprofessional. strokes just as basic and looks pretty damn good if used with right colours.
