Hello Argonath,
I would like to thank you for everything that you have done for me the past few years. If it was not for you guys, god knows where would I be right about now. I just came back from my holiday and was informed that a friend of mine had been caught dealing drugs. He is now serving a few years in jail. This immediately made me realize that if I was not playing Argonath, I would most likely end up like him. I joined the community as a child and now continuing as a mature young adult. My exam results came back, I was very pleased with them and I couldn't help but think to myself, Argonath got me here. So yet again, Thank you Argonath!

>not playing argonath
>becomes drugdealer
Yeah that looks perfectly logical.
-
xD. Nice story. Argonath was luck for you.
-
Having something else to do in your spare time can keep you out of trouble, it's not that difficult to grasp the concept Sal.
Anyway, I am glad to see that you have kept yourself occupied with other things like studies and out of problematic and possibly illegal matters.

Hahhahahahha you made my day.

Yeah, like I said, it's perfectly logical for someone who never played Argonath to automatically become a drugdealer.

That is not what Kaze said, but it does not surprise me that you don't understand. Kaze understands the concept and value of community, and he understands how it has benefited him in his life; that is the point he is making.
-
Maybe I can take over his neighborhood?

True.
You could always just go get a fucking job, honestly is this really what games do to some people? Makes them think that the game is the only thing they have to do, otherwise they will have to go 'deal drugs' or kill grandma, what is wrong with some people. Wtf man.

Ok.. ok, nice guys, going offtopic on a Thank you topic, can't you just for once act normal and just have respect for someone other then moaning blablabla, Just stop it already.

Maybe it's just called telling people that they have a game addiction problem so that they can sort it out and not ruin their life?
-
they have a game addiction problem
Is that your medical opinion?
-
Is that your medical opinion?
If they are saying that a game stops them from going out and doing things IRL, then they have an addiction problem.
And how exactly is any of what I've said provoking community members? Please give one example with a quote so I can actually try to understand where I've gone wrong, throwing punishments doesn't solve a problem.

Mikal got a point

Interesting Mikal.

This is true; once I was home and server was attacked so I grabbed my SPAS-12 and robbed a bank.

Hard knock life.

I'm a police associate IRL and I mostly get to work with underage teens who tend to do illegal activities. And why do they do that? The answer is simple - they have too much spare time on their hands and don't have a way of spending their free time, therefore they start to do stuff that is against the law to entertain themselves. The best way of decreasing the underage crime is simply giving the teenagers something to be occupied with and they would like.
First hand expierence.
-
What country do you live in? :s
The kids in my neighbourhood doesn't go berzerk and starts to rob/kill/deal drugs cause they have too much sparetime lol.

I wonder how can you 'work' with teens while being a teen yourself. Could you say more about your job?

Nice to have you here Kaze!
-
Just like old times.. a positive topic turning into something negative.
-
umad?

umad?
..
Alright, Anymore random discussion about this or that will result in a topic lock, Kaze is trying to say he is thankful at the community and you just go mad on this topic.
-
Topic cleaned from provocative and un needed posts, players that needed it are warned for their attitude, remember keep it nice!

You later got banned for cop hunting, right?
-
He made this topic to thanks you all, and you've all attacked him with provocations.
It's up to him how he will spend his time, he's a game addict or not, or whatever he is/does in his life. Let him decide and watch your own life instead of complaining about him.
I'm happy that Argonath has helped you, in ANY way in your life, because it has helped me too, even tho i am only 1 year here. Glad to have people like you in this community, it's one of the reasons it's still alive.

Welcome back!
-
The only reason I came back is because I was afraid of the same thing, I already had a meth lab running on my basement. It is logical enough that if you're not here the most likely thing to happen in your life is not getting to socialize, nor find anything else to do other than jumping straight to the drug dealing business. I even think that this server was created in the first place by the CIA to reduce the rate of drug dealing in the world. Worked as expected, atleast I gave up of my meth lab and you also got away from selling! Thank god we manage to avoid that!

I couldn't stop laughing at some of the replies here... pure gold..
