I cant find my MS Paint

Ive Looked Everywhere

!!

Please help me find it

Its not in accereries, and ive searched,
so can i get it back at all?

Paint.NET Download (http://paint-net.softonic.de)
It is a german site, but i think it is easy to find the "Download" button. Do not forget to select the language.
