Are all the vicacom internet clients route blocked or just some of them ?

Be more specific, so we can find out your issue sooner.
When you open your SA:MP box, does the server appear to be online to you?
• If so, what kind of error message do you receive as soon as you log in?
• If not, does the counter show 0/0 players?

Yes the server apper's to be up
You are banned from this server - yea i know this is SAMP bug but i restarted my router like 30-40 times still doesn't work at all
No it shows the correct amout of players

Your IP might be blocked in a route block, contact a community leader(+) to confirm it.
If you have not been banned recently, your IP will be removed from the route block.
