sir we are two roommates here at hostel and we have only one pc so we both play Argonath Rpg .... we want permission to play both accounts

If you do get permission stay away from the punishments. If you or him get banned it will mean neither of you will be able to play.

And make sure you do not transfer money between the accounts because that is disallowed.

We, almost everyday, encounter these cases of multiple accounts linked to a single IP address. What we usually advise is to refrain from making transactions between both accounts which might be misunderstood and might lead to a ban from the server.
How ever, I have appreciated you preferred to ask for a permission before going through unpleasant situations.
