So, This organization or in other word, Charity, is going to help those one who lost their money and properties in a loan case, which wasn't for Gambeling.

On the other hand, why will you help people out that fail to pay back a loan, most of the times they just waste the money theirselfs, hence why they can not pay it back and then are mad cause they 'are sued and lose their properties' when its their own fault.
