I don't know the reason that I was banned for. I was playing as a criminal ( was chased by cops ) and suddenly the game crashed. When I tried to get back in the game it said >> I'm temporarely banned because I tried to login in an permanently banned account.<<  I don't know what that means. But now I can't acces my account. Please solve this problem. I don't wanna lose everything. I was about to have that passport.
