I'll give you all two examples now:
1. 5 cops on the server, 1 suspect with fast car, let's say medium-high driving skill. They are all after him, most probably, long chase, leaving Liberty City without law forces for a while.
2. 5 cops on the server, 1 suspect with fast car, 2 cops are in new unit, using fast police cars.
These two new unit cops can chase down suspect, eventually backed up with 1 police cruiser. You get 2-3 cops to stay patrol in the city, making it a safe place.

I just see the comfort you request which Im sure it will be implemented, since script supported things have always been more valuable and easier.

I totally agree. Their speed should be at least equal to infernus so we can stop criminals easier. Don't we all want a world without criminals? SO DO IT
