Why the panel it's still down? Will be down ALL the beta stage?

The previous panel was used for RS4. As RS4 is dead, the old panel died with it.
I'm sure Gimli is working on something new.

The 'previous' panel was scripted to work for RS5 (said by Gimli) so should be ready for this script version.
