Check the "Who's Online" section if there's no IV:MP Admin online then you are barely screwed. :(
Best thing that you can do is to avoid that guy or not being on places where you can be car killed.

Hey su_mi, why not try sending an email to [email protected]?
That goes direct to senior members of the IV:MP Admin Team, and if you have valid information and perhaps some extra evidence to back up your claim, such as screenshots that could be very helpful.
