AMD Catalyst Control Center ( That would be my video driver I guess ).

Its my fault I bought Radeon graphics PC I Guess, I always used Nvidia before and never had any trouble. :S

The lack of antialiasing might be doing that on lower resolutions on angled objects in certain lighting.
