2. He can suspect you ingame for refusing to pay ticket.
3. He does not need to provide evidence of the speeding, though its good to have when someone is making a case out of it.

I wasn't told so. I had to do it because he wanted proof. What could I do? I wasn't thinking about complain because of that moment, when someone doesn't trust you, taking your time, and you are telling the truth. I believe Agent Batta, Agent Haythem, and Officer Osamad could confirm that. I posted it here because I thought it was easiest for him to see, in that moment. It was a holdup I wish never happened.

Note*I am very happy to say that Administration was monitoring the whole situation live, which significally helped with the quest for solution to our situation. Thank you.

If you have the guy on radar speeding, and he doesn't pay the ticket then you can suspect him as James says. Screenshots only help you avoid a complaint later on.

Don't let guys like Ben bully you, you are doing a fine job.
