Players have to ability to sell and buy vehicles to other players

Players should have the ability to buy vehicles off of other players, and also sell their vehicles to other players.

This could open up a market for the cars salesman, and also allow players to buy vehicles at a cheaper price or sell vehicles at a better price than what vehicle dealerships offer.

Anyway, I am from the IV:MP section and I can tell you, that it would probably be awesome, but it has been suggested many times on many divisions and denied on every single division.
