Idea for Running criminals

Hi again

A quick idea for runners/evaders

When an  :cop:officer carjacks a criminal they always simply get into their vehicle again = no shooting them ?
this process just keeps on going the  :cowboy:criminal fight for a seat in his car and the  :cop:officer fights to keep him out...

So here is my idea when an  :cop:Officer carjacks a  :cowboy:Criminal Set a delay of abot 5 seconds on that  :cowboy:Criminal which prevents him from just jumping into the car again--- Please let me know what u think ? and where there can be improvements

Unsupported, its not necessary as keep attempting to get in car only risks the life of suspect. Also this would increase highspeed carjackers.
