Just pre-ordered the Vigilante Edition for PC.  The Dedsec Preimum Collectors edition coming in at £64.99 compared to the Vigilante Limited Edition price of £49.99.  Although this limited edition doesn't offer the extra vehicles, ingame outfits and weapons or the figurine of Aiden I was sold when I saw the hat and mask lol.  Vigilante Edition only available through GAME and Gamestop stores.

Content included with the Watch_Dogs Vigilante Edition:

- Vigilante Collector box
- Aiden Pearce’s iconic cap (which you can wear)
- Aiden Pearce’s mask (which you can wear)
- Original soundtrack of the game

Since it isn't on Steam (as of yet) that'd be a no.  Long as the game can be played it's all I'm caring about.
