What do you mean? The only instance of this i've been hearing is from Pakistan players. Even then, theres no confirmation whether its the government or ISP.

Strict law regarding nudity, violence and some other stuff. They blocked  some game servers, websites and anything that it might be "inappropiate" to Pakistan and it's people.
