well to stop this /ading is to make players then beable to have job as the sellers like i posted before in anouther idea section.

Constant speeding in front of police cars is excessive..
Doing live ads on "television" about selling weed/ ak 47's is excessive..

I believe he is refering to, if I understood correctly, ecessive lawbreak as, for example using /ad for sale of "illegal" objects.

Real criminals dont do that , because out there, millions of would look  for them, in here, server; there arent cops who do their jobs so..

You cant want a result(people to be scared from cops and therefore not using /ad for that purpose) to occur without enforcing the reason(Cop threat once /ad like that is used). same goes for speeding bla bla..
