This idea is like bribing the medics to join the job. Medics will then be confined to missions only and not real situations/911 calls, reducing RP vastly and bringing interest to money. If somebody wants to be a medic, he/she should have the desire and the will to be a medic.

to be a medic , is not to make missions , its to heal the people and this is the mission

1 Job is enough to make people earn money by time, no need for other jobs which also has nothing with multiplayer games.

In SAMP RS4 there was that a kind of /mission where a fireman mission shows up the medics respond to the situation to help the firemans which get infured (heal) them this would be added they get some money for healing the medic and in the end of the missions they get some extra cash depense on the number of the firemans they heald

A Mission does not have to be a Mission, per se. If you make it dynamic to the environment and base it around fun roleplays with variety, you can easily link up the Fire Missions and EMS Missions together.
