I guess you have to pm to manager+ and you must have a good reason like Arturo said above.

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.

Yes it is possible.. You have to ask a Webmaster specifying a good reason.

All though you can change your forum displayname, meaning you will still log in with your old name but there is another one visible to you and others when you are logged in.
