So what you are saying is

You report a guy, a admin responds on your report and then you go interfere and suspect him, while you reported him.
That's 3 things you did wrong there mate.

On another note, you do not get unsuspected after you relog. So that means he escaped or got admin handled already, or died. This means that you can not suspect him again as he escaped/got killed/got admin handled already

Actually I heard the conversation between the fireman and Slavik and he told the fireman to follow me to police station but I could not cuff him unless he was suspected
