GTA SA doesn't start?

Hey,

So after I formatted my PC and installed Windows 7 Ultimate, I installed GTA SA, and when I try to launch it, it just doesn't start. It gives that screen flash when it tries to change the Win7's theme to basic theme and then nothing happens.

Things I've tried so far:
-Re-installed it thrice
-Restarted my PC
-Running as an administrator
-Running with compatibility

And still, no result. Any hopes for a solution?

Try to have the computer upside down, maybe it works =) jk hahaha

Weeell, the drivers had to be updated and I thought they were already updated. xD
