New vehicles at DP (Unmarked,bikes,road blockers) and New Commands and others

I think we can have new vehicles at PD. Like Unmarked vehicles,bikes and roadblockers... List of vehicles:
Unmarked:Sultan,DF8,PMP,Cavalcade
Bikes:Sanchez,Freeway
Roadblockers:Brinks truck
and more commands like:
/br and /rbr = Create Barrier and Remove Barrier
/co and /rco = Create Cone and Remove Cone
/outlaws = see all fugitives loose around liberty city
/remove drugs [id] = remove the weed from a player
/remove weapons [id] = remove the weapons from a player
/tazer [id] = tazer a fugitive and leaves him paralyzed for 20 seconds
/givecitation [id] [amount] [price] = create a citation for a reckless driver.
/frisk [id] = Frisk a player for drugs and weapons

/showlicenses = Shows the suspect licenses
/showid = Shows the suspect ID. (shows name,dob[date of birth],drugs,times arrested,citations and age)
/scd = Shows the own car doccument

Could do a functional trunk to put guns
Could insert a real tachometer
Could insert interiors at the PD or others business
Create a functional bank and atm's

The bikes are the least practical police vehicles in the world
The barriers will be a nuisance to law obiding citizens and the whole "Oh, lemme just quickly erect a concrete wall in front of the suspect" issue is just ridiculous
The /frisk command will be abused to no end to make drug busts
/outlaws is pointless since you can see who is orange in tab
/tazer would be very overpowered when 10 cops are chasing a criminal
/givecitation - RP it, everyone has been doing that
/Showlicenses It doesnt even matter
/showid because a server such as ours needs more complex databases than we already have coz we never crash or anything, right?

This commands could be abused.Morever,this does not improves players RP as well.As Jorens mentioned above,we are fine with cruisers.In fact,the barriers can be implement by the higher authorities and we are talking about a client which is Unstable. /unsupported
