If anyone is deathmatching/abusing water canon, you should report him instead. If no admin is online, the best option I will give you is [email protected], report them there with the evidence you got.

As i have explained many times there is no excuse for breaking rules so all this he insulted me, he started it is not going to get you anywhere. However as this occured when no admins were online this is now a case for the managers. Send these images aswell as a short description of what happened to [email protected] and the matter will be investigated and dealt with.
