This is pretty much getting no where, and this is going to be my last post, after that you make a decision.

I understand that the stuff I said was not acceptable, however I wasn't being racist. I felt comfortable because I was in a cb where I knew nobody would get offended, and I knew that Andy wasn't taking anything serious. That is all.

You are talking about people getting offended again, which you have been told 3 times now is not the case. Racist remarks is still racism, but as you are not prepared to accept that, I am not prepared to unban you. Feel free to make another request, but if you are not going to say that you were making racist remarks, you will not be unbanned.
