Just because your community ban was lifted does not mean you are welcome back in the servers. I saw the videos you created and I did not take lightly to them, nor did I appreciate the way you were sharing them. You may have done this jokingly, but you are obviously not aware of the amount of time and effort that was put into creating RS5, regardless of it's outcome. Considering SA:MP HQ contains most of the scripters, you are going to have a hard time getting unbanned.
