Hello, well this is how things happened.

I belive the same day Cyril said that the shootouts are allowed, but DM is not allowed which is normal.

The next actions following was that we were all on the server chilling. NBA and a couple of CM members came to LHQ and the roleplay started. Everyone knew that the chances of getting into a shootout were pretty high and nobody has anything against it. So Leon made an announcement saying something like "There will be no shootout at Luciano HQ" and that got completly ignored. After a minute or two Leon said over public chat that we should go and DM. After we continued to roleplay the ending part was getting close (the shooting part) and Leon made a 2nd announcement saying something like "End this now" and I said "Looks like permission to shoot" and that's pretty much why I got banned.

In my honest opinion I do not thing I should be banned for saying something over public chat. Nobody got offended, I did not fire a bullet, I didn't type or insulted anyone over /cb /pm /l and I did not break any rule.

I don't know if there is anyone that noticed but, I'm trying hard for this server as much as I can and what I am aiming is to apply when I get a chance to apply for a moderator. I got denied and I worked even harder than before to help new players to get active people. Doing this since I came on this server and this is what I get. Did I deserve this ? Does Leon hate me ? Is there anyone on the server that has anything against me ? Did I seriously break a rule ?

If there is a problem or anything that you don't understand in this unban request, just ask, I don't have anything to hide.

I'd like this to be handled by Devin if possible, thank you.

I will post my statement here, since you've asked Devin to handle this.

During the situation when this happened I have asked multiple people what the reason behind the gang meetup was, they all said there was no real reason, meaning it could be a DM fest, therefore I have announced that there will not be a shootout. Despite that it was ignored up until the second announcement, where you decided to say:

Also I am playing on this server long enough so I know the rules.

There is a diffirence between an intention and something I actually did.

In my punishment history I only have one tempban for DM, which was reported at [email protected].

I have said that I asked multiple people about the reason, this included the NBA members. They gave me an invalid reason:
They were just there, walking around, until they've encountered your group. If there would be any exchange of violence/gunfire it would've been DM.

I will have to handle your unban request though as you cannot choose who will deal with it.
To make it easier I just want you to promise that you aren't going to repeat it again, and if there are any other large group-to-group meetings, that you'll do your best to have it not end in any type of bloodshed.

What does their RP reason to shoot us have to do with my ban ? I was standing infront of the Luciano HQ, and they were walking around flaming me, go look at what Earl typed in the chat logs, please go and check that. They walked around me and 3-4 members just waited for the perfect moment to knife me from the back.

And I'm not chosing who will handle this, I said "if possible", if not, then okay.

Don't get me wrong or anything, but I can not make a promise for something I haven't done.

At these situations where there's like 30 people, I can simply not do a thing to stop it.

As I didn't break any rules and I even didn't have the intention of doing it, I don't see why did it have to come to this ?

We are in a gaming world, we came to have fun and make stupid jokes, and if you watch the chat logs of the public chat and treat them the way your treated me, the HQ would have their hands full of work. I'm saying this simply because all I did was type over the /public chat.

I just want to have your word on that you'll avoid promoting DM again, especially in tense situations like those.
