It has come to our attention that there are many forum members having problems with the forum or their account, to successfully maintain what's on the to-do list we have created a "Forum Issues" report form, this form will contain the following features:

• Ability to request a forum unban.
• Information about the forum
• Bug reports
• Removing and retrieval of accounts
• And more..

Please only fill in the questions below if you have actual issues with your account, do not use it to contact us with any other items.
At any point any of the forum staff is allowed to deny your account assistance request, this may be due to insufficient information, or any reason they seem fit.
This form is not to be used to request forum name-changes, we do not grand those unless stated otherwise, then the person stating so will be the only one granting them.
Make sure all information you provide us is true, never try to get access to someone else's account as that will get you permanently banned.
Lying to our staff will also get your permanently banned from the forums.
At no point we require your password, please do not post your old password!

How to:

Make sure to read over all the premade text before filling anything in!
Fill in the information fit for your needs (Unban request, account assistance, questions.)
Make sure you read over your applications and all the information given by us.
Press submit and wait patiently. Your information will be processed by our team and hopefully we'll be able to assist you within 48 hours.

IMPORTANT: [email protected] is still a viable email and can still be used if you wish, how ever we suggest you to use this format.

And remember, everything's logged, so if you try to fuck about we still know who you are.
