We the citizens will hold our own court.

This is anti state, anti Constitutional, anti freedom, call it what you want.

I can not file a complaint to the court against the SAPD who refuse to release suspects who have been fined, but instead they have to go to jail which amounts to improper and unlawful arrest and illegal detainment.

This is a case of citizens vs Argonath.
Citizens are free to post their support in this thread.

The courts must be opened without further delay.

Requesting a judge in this situation. Must be non bias to the case.
I would like to appeal to the President, the FBI, to intervene in this subject. The FBI and President would be good judges in this case.

Ok, requesting commissioner to act on this complaint then, in regards to the anti constitutional actions of not releasing people and sending them to jail if they've paid a fine. as in the SAPD refusal to unsus at all.

A general complaint such as this cannot be upheld, there must be specific cases stated with supporting evidence before any consideration by either SAPD or myself.

Also Argonath itself cannot be taken to in-game courts as it is a non-entity as far as RP goes.

Anybody who is interested is free to apply for official recognition, there is no requirement to be an official lawyer and there are many private ones knows as legal representatives.
