No one will tell me where and how I can get my licence?

My drivers licence, no one has told me where and how to get it, and how much it costs

You get license and passport from a high level admin. This is done by taking a test.
So when you are on, message a high leveled admin, I think he has to be level 4+

You can see the admins online, and their levels by typing /admins
A list will appear with all admins online, their levels, and ID.
