Mountain Cloud Boys` leader is Miriani `Wu Zi Mu Woozie` who is blind blessed with unbelivible good fortune Miriani `Wu Zi Mu Woozie` is also incapable of swimming  since his other working senses are ineffective underwater.`Wu Zi Mu also known as Woozie The lucky mole`. their bussineses are smuggling, gambling robbery, street racing and gun-running. You can often find them in SF Chinatown, Calton Heights and Four Dragon Casino. They wear black and grey clothes. They are often riding in Sultans Elegys and Stratum.
